After browsing through the conceptual stuff at Tatoom City I felt the urge to draw something colorful and with a glaring white background. I had a concept or two to work out for the 100-picture challenge anyway--this one being Sipher's revised ride. He and his lackeys used to have horses, and that got friggin' boring.

Liam said this creature's mouth resembles Bahamut Sin's. In response to this I punched my monitor and my fist went all the way through the Internet and into his left eye socket, knocking him out cold and giving him inspiring hallucinations for all of next week. Secretly I admit he is right, although I don't recall thinking about AC at all while I was penciling this.

I'm guessing it feeds on the needly leaves that grow on the coniferous trees all around my headworld; there's no way it could graze, or do anything else for that matter, with jaws like that. Bwahah.

Anyway. Photoshop 7.0 on a pencil sketch, about eight hours tops.

PS. Actual stirrups, saddles and reigns are highly overrated.
