This image is several things.
It is a hexadragon commission for the infamous and beloved *ksilebo.
It is a revisiting of everything I liked about prometheus.
It is a painting inspired by the work of Jacques-Louis David. Neoclassicism == lazy backgrounds ftw?!
Photoshop CS3, 20-30 hours of work. Vyle's clouder brush was used in moderation in the later stages of rendering. Texture overlays are from cgtextures.com.
